Master the Boards USMLE Step 2 CK

Beautifully written ..concise & to the point ..however less detailed than First Aid but an excellent quick revision book just before the exams :)

Perhaps a bit too oversimplified, but use it as a skeleton for your studying and it should be just fine!

Great book, easy to read through unlike Step Up. The questions keep you engaged, and this follows the Kaplan Step 2 videos outline pretty well. Some of the points in this book were directly tested concepts on NBME shelf exams.

Even if you are not interested in USMLE, it is a very good textbook

Wasn’t useful at all for the MCCEE exams

The best book for Step 2 CK. It does a great job of preparing you for the exam, focusing on the relevant symptoms, diagnostic tests, and treatments for each disease, especially describing key words and what is DIFFERENT about each disease, which is how questions are written. This is the Step 2 equivalent of FA for Step 1, but not only that, I feel I am a better medical student for it, and have a better understanding of how to work patients up. The only con is that it is more focused on IM, so it may not be sufficient for other rotations (certainly not surgery for instance). It also, like most study aids, is not all inclusive, but I would say it covers 85% of the material required to ace the IM shelf exam/Step 2. Highly recommended, you will not regret buying this book.

Very good product original product and very fast delivery

This book is a must if you want to pass your CK exam! I have read through this book numerous amount of times and it worked wonderfully to supplement my FA for step 2 CK. Its written in a format that is easy to understand and has information you wouldn't find in your FA. I purchased this earlier in the year and I passed my exam recently, I would highly recommend this book to anyone studying for exams. Good luck!

This in an INCREDIBLE review book, once you have studied the basics of the subjects this book will organize everything in your head and make the information easily accesible. Conrad Fischer is a Monster teacher! A must get it. Thanks to this I had a nice grade on the "Mexican steps".
