BUYER BEWARE. YOU DO NOT GET WHAT'S IN THE PICTURE.
I use this brand regularly and buy it at supermarket. I was pleased to see it on amazon. The picture shows a bag with the fusilli made of rice flour, potato starch , rice starch and soy flour. A picture of the back of bag with ingredient list confirms this. YOU GET FUSILLI MADE OF LENTIL FLOUR INSTEAD . Unless this is Ok with you don't order it. I feel like I have been deceived and of course, cant return it.

You won't miss regular pasta!
The most delicious gluten-free pasta available. Al dente or close is best. Don't overcook. I have served it to many people who were surprised to learn know it wasn't regular pasta. When reheating in the microwave (when plain) add a bit of water to help soften it. It gets dry during refrigeration. When reheating with sauce or butter be sure to coat all thoroughly. Bon appetit!

Did not receive pasta as described!
What I received was not what is shown. I ordered 4 boxes of the same Fusilli and what I received was 2 boxes of what was shown and 2 boxes of a different blend which included lentils. It can’t be returned so I suppose I’m out of luck.

BAIT AND SWITCH. WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED, REPLACED BY "NEW FORMULA".
I experienced same as other customers. Product was switched to red lentil pasta without customer authorization. Not as described in photo. I was charged $44 for product I do not want and is "not returnable".

Fantastic alternative if you have to avoid gluten
They taste wonderful, we do not have to miss out on our favorite meals.

Terrible taste and texture, bad formula change
They changed the formula. It used to be the best gluten free pasta anywhere, now they added lentils. It smells gross when it’s boiling, it doesn’t taste good, and the texture is wrong. The texture is grainy and falls apart when you bite it, it doesn’t have the same chew like pasta should. And lentils! They basically replaced starch with legumes, and that is bad for some people’s digestion (like me- seriously, if I want lentils I’ll make lentils but I don’t want it in my pasta! That changes the nutritional composition of my recipes, which are already balanced for starch and fiber.) It’s overall terrible now! This was my go to brand, now I will never buy any pasta from them again.
