The quality has changed.
My last 2 shipments were terrible. Old and smoky taste. I use to love this coffee. Very sad after 25+ years. And the coffee was not expired either.

Unexpected surprise
I did not receive what was pictured (Alterra brand), rather I received "Peet's coffee, French Roast, dark roast" which I actually like better than the Alterra decaf brand I did receive as ordered. So not a bad thing, but was a surprise.

Too many envelopes are bursting in this batch, and coffee tastes old.
I have been buying these for quite some time. I get maybe one pouch to burst out of 100, and not in every batch. This time I have gotten five pouches/envelopes to burst out of the first 25 I have used. The coffee also tastes stale/old.

Not satisfied
20% of packets do not open up right and spit coffee grinds everywhere. This should not happen. Bad batch Iām assuming. Taste is not the greatest either.
