First please note. I only use these as food bowls as I have four dogs and have separate stainless steel paired water bowls for them. With that being said. I originally bought these bowls four years ago. They've changed since then and for the better. They are very sturdy and easy to keep clean. My dogs don't push them around when they eat. The bowls themselves hold a lot of food. The stainless steel bowls come out for easy cleaning, which is awesome because my one girl needs prescription wet food. The base is easy to wipe down or wash. The older style as seen in photo has more grooves I guess you can say than the newer version in which I'm about to upgrade to. Over four years and only one has managed to slightly chip. Yes. It happens. They are resin. Stuff happens. But the company is amazing. One of my bowls showed up originally broken and they immediately sent out a replacement. Stuff happens during shipping that no one can control. They've also since made the packaging much better too!! The new heights work better for me and my dogs as well as before there were several options to choose from. Regardless. These bowls are amazing. They are unique and stand out for the better. Instead of appearing like a sore eye of just random sore eye dog bowls laying around. I personally highly recommend them.

Perfect bowl for our 9 month old Rottweiler Princess Puppy! Height is perfect. Bowl will hold 6 cups of kibble with a little room left over. Easy to clean, and base is sturdy, not real heavy but it is stable. My cats put their feet up on it to try and eat out of it too and it doesn't budge. Holds up to vigorous licking! Stainless steel bowl has not come out once in 2 weeks. I LOVE the look and quality of this bowl, I highly recommend buying it!!!

Very nice product! I love that it suits my decor and is just the right height for my chocolate lab and shepherd mix. They lower their head but dont have to stoop to drink. It is also heavy enough not to just tip over easy! Love it!!

Update: the seller contacted me when they read review. Have shipped another bowl that also arrived broken and has sent another. Working with Amazon to figure out where damage is occurring. I suspect the warehouse based on the damage to the product box inside my shipping box. Seller has not asked for an updated review- but has been very customer service oriented and making it right for me. That goes a long way!! Based on the customer service, I would purchase from them again!Not worth the high price tag! Hollow and easily breaks. I was VERY excited about this purchase and originally gave 5 stars. Beautiful design, but not functional. Past return window so I spent $80 on something that only lasted a few months :(

This "chalice' shaped feeder works perfectly for our situation. We have a senior Brittany dog who finds it hard to bend down to eat. She also slides around a bit. BUT, we feed her by herself in a small bathroom. This stand doesn't take up much space. It brings the food to the perfect height for her, and it is heavy enough to not shift as she nudges the bowl to find all her food. Plus, it seems ironically "fancy" for the setting and purpose. It's exactly what we hoped.

Bowl height is good for our big dogs. We bought two. They look nice and are sturdy and stable.
