Is the Japanese capacitor safe from radioactivity?

The cable is at least six inches too short to even have a chance of reaching the socket on the MB and that would be a straight shot, pulled tight, across the MB. Forget about routing it through the case and around stuff.

Can you use this in the velka 3 case?
