I've been really happy with this car seat it feels sturdy, the padding is soft and my little one seems much more comfortable on longer rides the harness adjusts easily as they grow and I like that it can be used for different stages instead of buying another car seat later. installation took a little time the first time around but once it was in it felt very secure overall it looks great feels high quality and gives me peace of mind every time we're on the road value for the price.

We Love this seat. I was a skeptical because my baby, a year old had not slept on a ride in the car, only cried almost every single minute of the car ride. Now we’ve had this seat a few days shy of a month. Since day one, THE VERY FIRST ride in this seat and she slept in the car, no fussing, not a tear shed. Every single ride since she has fallen asleep, no fussing, just babbling and comfortable…and that’s even with it being a hotttt summer in Minnesota, no air conditioning in the car as it just went out and not an easy fix/needs replacing. Baby is still happy!! And I’m so happy I bought this seat. I bought a color that was a little less expensive in the selection but in the car seat brand selection this one was a little pricier… I am glad I gave it a try as the return window with this company allowed for a good run to see how it performed. We will be keeping this seat and would re-purchase again and again. This is my third child, each child has hated the car. Now I think it was the issue of the sear as the problem and not the actual riding in the car. Also, we are still rear facing so it wasn’t the fact that baby had been turned forward, as to the fix in crying spells. I have two boys and a girl now… they all hated the car. They all have been nursed exclusively and attached to mama so, I thought that had something to do with it but now I feel like the comfort in this Maxi Cosi car seat must be like mama’s arms or even being held in the carrier/similar feel. The straps are just better placement around the shoulder and thigh. The head rest holds well while little one is riding/resting. The magnetic chest clip is superior!! The way the shoulder straps hold up and the way they are formed and how it lays on the collar/chest is way more comfortable for baby. She literally smiles and chats when I say “let’s go on a car ride!” And she happily loads in while I clip the straps in place. It’s really amazing. I don’t leave reviews for products purchased ever but I felt led to do this one with other struggling parents in mind. It really is almost too good to be true but I’ll gladly take it!! Life is better with this seat!! We actually love the blue color too!! Looks so nice and worth the price!! Last note is that it’s an easy seat to put in the car, easy to adjust headrest/back of the seat. Perfect right out of the box! I hope this helps someone!

I spiraled looking for the best car seat; many are solely rear-facing! This one is convertible, both rear-facing and forward-facing. I found it in the top ten picks on a few non-sponsored websites. It is roomy, easy to adjust, sturdy, and the installation was a breeze. It has two cupholders. This car seat is well made, and the material seems strong and sturdy, but the inserts are so soft. It is NOT tiny; it is pretty wide. I have a BMW iX, which is quite large. My husband is tall and able to extend his seat far enough back, and even though she is in the middle, it was a problem with the last one. I have read many reviews about the smell; mine had no scent. I purchased this car seat to stay stationary in my car; I would not recommend buying it to attach to a stroller because of its size and weight. It's user-friendly, and the harness is easy to adjust. It feels very safe, which I think, at the end of the day, is the most important. The car seat is a great value; I wanted to write a review because I see that many reviews are from people who were “gifted” it in exchange for their reviews. I paid full price, and I think I got a great deal. I would consider other Maxi Cosi products in the future. If you are on the fence, go for it; no regrets.

We bought this after buying the Maxi Cosi infant car seat and stroller bundle. I love it because it grows with the baby. I’ve been hesitant with both Maxi Cosi buys because of some bad reviews but they are so easy to use, come in great shape, come with lots of manuals, and are super cute and match my aesthetic. This car seat is not that heavy, super easy to move (we move it from one vehicle to another often), and even fits in my tiny VW. My baby loves all the room to wiggle his legs and loves his cup holders haha (he’s 10 months). Great buy! I thought about getting the 180 or 360 version of this which would be cool but this one works just fine!!

I love all the safety aspects and how durable this one is. My kid loves it and finds it so comfortable, he always falls asleep on car rides. The only downside is that it's pretty bulky for our small sedan, but it works great in SUVs and some Crossovers. It's easy to clean but hard to stay clean because toddlers are so messy.

3rd time mom and this has been my favorite car seat. Extremely comfortable, magnetic chest trap closer is a MUST! Extremely easy to install and adjust straps with just a squeeze of a handle. Cup holders are easy to clean, and material holds up and washes well in the washer. Highly recommend this car seat.

My boy would scream and cry with his last car seat and i always assumed it was just hot material ( he would be drenched in sweat. I didn’t get one peep out of him when we switched to the maxi. Nothing but smiles . This car seat is great material , durable, and fits perfectly in the car . I’m kinda upset I didn’t get this one sooner ! I really wanted to love this. I was so excited to get it for our baby as Maxi Cosi seems to have high stardards and high ratings. Received the item overnight which was great, but when taking out of the box, the seat was literally night placed right in the box. I understand minimizing packaging/plastic use, but the car seat had zero protection. On top of that, the car seat had the most overwhelming chemical smell as others have mentioned. So bad that I got a headache from it in the car, even after letting it air out. Weird for a car seat that’s supposed to be “nontoxic” materials to smell like that. In addition, my baby absolutely hated the car seat. She SCREAMED to the point that she couldn’t breathe. It’s WAY too bulky even around their head. The car seat would not stay reclined into position 2 or 3 at all and once install it was way too difficult to even get it reclined. Finally, it was impossible to get the LATCH system installed safely - the car seat base is wider than the latch system AND I couldn’t even get it tightened enough because it’s impossible to tighten in the right direction. If you want a good car seat for your baby, do not get this one.

Muy buena silla. Es difícil de instalar de primera instancia pero una vez que le entiendes, es una gran compra. El secreto está en usarla con el cinturón de seguridad a contramarcha y con el latch a favor marcha. También en su página encontré este tip y con eso por fin pude instalarla.

Tengo un vehículo compacto y la silla queda perfecta, no choca con el asiento de adelante estando reclinada y a contramarcha. Fue fácil instalarla, quedó super justa y no presenta movimiento. No tiene ningún olor raro, ni penetrante o desagradable. Llegó en perfectas condiciones. Volvería a comprar otra sin pensarlo
