Very accurate stud finder
Easy to use and worked like a champ. The sensor was easy to use and very accurate at finding the studs. I would recommend this at such a low price this is a bargain.

Multiple sensors make this stud finder different
This is the best stud finder that I have found. The multiple sensors and lights do not require calibration every time. The lights immediately indicate the maximum density spots are underneath the stud finder. This makes it much easier to use than any stud finder with a single sensor at any price. Seeing a section of wall all at once makes it much easier to detect a 2x4 stud. Typically, three lights indicate the left, middle, and right edges of the stud. You don't have to sweep the stud finder back and forth over the same area to determine which are false readings and which might be the real stud. Unusual situations are much easier with this stud finder. When scanning a stairway, I could quickly see where the floor joist was between floors. Indications that show less than a 1.5-inch width with 3 lights suggest there is no stud there. I tried several different stud finders. The single sensor stud finders have the same problem. Each needs to be calibrated on an empty spot on the wall every time you turn it on. More importantly, single sensor stud finders require sweeping of an area to find the studs. I ended up with a series of pencil marks everywhere where I may have found a stud. Other multiple sensor stud finders work well. 9 sensors work best for me. Too few means more sweeping. More sensor just adds cost with little extra value. Models with a level and a place to keep a pencil are also more expensive.

Works great!
This is a very good stud finder. It is accurate and easy to use. As you move it along the wall, the LEDs light up to show that you're approaching a stud, departing from a stud, or are right on target in the middle of one. Red lights show the approach and the departure, while a green light shows the center. It takes two AAA batteries, which were easy to install, once I figured it out. It's not obvious that there are two different colored LEDs, but as you slide it along the wall, they light up as they should and then you can see them. This stud finder has a lot going for it, so why the four stars instead of five? Basically, it has to do with the fact that there are essentially no instructions. There are some very minimal ones embossed onto the plastic back of the finder. They were hard to find, and hard to read. Plus, they didn't tell me anything that wasn't already intuitive. Opening the case to find where the batteries go in, or even the fact that it took batteries, was never explained. I think at least one small printed sheet would have helped. It is sturdy and useful. And once you figure it out for yourself it works like a charm. I included a picture of it next to a dollar bill for size reference.

Excellent Stud Finder – Finally Got the Job Done
I bought the Franklin Sensors ProSensor Sapphire 9000 after struggling with another stud finder that kept giving inconsistent results. This one worked right away with no calibration needed and made it easy to locate the studs accurately. I was installing a cabinet and needed to make sure it was securely mounted. My previous stud finder wasn't reliable, which caused a lot of frustration. The ProSensor 9000 clearly showed the full width of the studs, making it much easier to know exactly where to drill. The cabinet is now securely attached to the wall, and I have much more confidence in the installation. The build quality feels solid, it's easy to use, and the multiple sensors make a noticeable difference. Highly recommend this if you're tired of guessing or dealing with inaccurate stud finders. It saved me time, stress, and probably prevented a costly mistake.

Useful for finding middle of the stud
The stud finder is very easy to use. What I like about it in comparison to other stud finders I have used is the ability to track where the middle of a stud is-as opposed to just finding where a stud edge is identified.

Extremely Easy To Use
This is a great stud finder. I love that the center and edges of the studs are displayed all at once. It makes it super easy to mark the center of the studs. We mounted a tv and several large pictures and hit the stud every time when pre-drilling. As a bonus, it is also really fun to quickly slide the device across wall and pretend like you are in TRON.

Not as good as I hoped
I bought this stud finder because I thought it would be better than a previous finder I had. Unfortunately I learned after trying to use it that on the stucco finish I have on my home it is not very accurate. I worked with it and eventually found a stud and used paper tape to help mark my trail. I called the company and they did respond that it would not meet my needs on a regular basis with the stucco finish

Great addition to toolbox for DIY project's.
Works great had to reinstall tv mount on wall and curtain rods after a reno. Wife told me she don't want a ton of holes put in walls.. bought this and I have put up 8 sets of curtains and a wall mount for the TV and not one hole missed a stud.

Great gadget
This wall stud finder is simple and effective. It accurately detects studs in walls, making hanging shelves or pictures much easier. Lightweight and easy to use, with a clear display. Perfect for DIY projects around the house, though not as advanced as some higher-end models.

Détecteur de vide
Je change mon avis après avoir testé sur différents type de placo Il marche bien pour les faux plafond mais moins pour le placo à la verticale

Useless through plasterboard
Absolutely useless. Totally random display of lights when trying to detect studs through plasterboard. Returning it.
