I have a 25-year-old son who's on the spectrum, he wanted his freedom to get around town. This thing is very heavy duty. It came almost completely assembled. You just need to put on the wheels, the seat, the handlebars and the chain and you're ready to go. You may have to pay $70 for shipping, but that's because it comes from I believe South korea. The only down for all is at the instructions for assembly are pictures only. But if you put bikes together before. It will be a breeze. The basket could be a little more sturdy. But it is well worth the money. If I purchase something like this at a bike shop, it would have cost me upwards of $500! Again a really good buy on Amazon!

Messy soldering on axles and no chain. Also the instructions are not good and trying to find videos are impossible. Finally the bike did not come with a chain of correct parts and the seller advised it is due to the warehouse not making it any more. I am not sure why they would ship a bike that says included without it. Their resolution was for me to purchase a chain and for them to reimburse me but again no details on the size chain needed or anything.

Exactly as pictured. Received in less than a week. Packed very well with all chrome and painted part well protected. Took some time to assemble but the directions and diagrams were very clear. Came with tools, but easier to assemble with my own hand tools. Very sturdy trike and great price, hard to find a used trike around the same price.

I will start off by saying this isn’t a bad bike once you get it put together, however the instructions are so horrible that I doubt we will buy this again. So many steps were left out., for example steps on how to route the chain were not included. I had to go look at a different bike to figure it out. When we opened the box, bolts and nuts fell and some were missing. We got the bike put together and my dad enjoys riding it, just know this will take some time to assemble. Would have gave it 1 star but the bike looks good and is decently built for the money

Defective parts, not easy to assemble. Hard to deal with and didn’t send clear return label with address to return prisms they want to deduct from the refund, which is not fair.
