This product has helped my scalp. It has relieved itching and tamed redness. However, relief doesn't last. Symptoms reappear after 24 to 48 hours. People have mentioned the smell, it's OK when it comes out of the bottle, but starts to smell whilst leaving it to work, it's a strange smell. Sort of like old school perming lotion cross wet dog. This lingers once dry...I combated this by using Head & Shoulders once this product was washed out, to get rid of the odor. I have been using the product for a month now, it helps with scales but only slightly. It doesn't get rid and they come back after use fairly quickly. Over all product is OK, but i will be trying other brands as not enough difference for money I paid. I have died blonde hair and it slightly stains.

I used to use a top brand anti-dandruff shampoo in a small and expensive bottle because it worked for my itchy scalp, and I was distraught when it was discontinued. I searched for a replacement and came across a recommendation for this product, and the moment I opened it I knew the telltale magic ingredient was the orange tinge (of the selenium sulphide). I can get away with an occasional use of other shampoos (say, if on holiday) but this is the only product that keeps my scalp healthy. I have long hair and use a tiny amount, follow with a tiny amount of conditioner so never bothered by the scent of it. I even use it very diluted to use as a face wash when I get flaky skin! It lasts for ages, but I buy two at a time so never risk running out. I will happily use this product until I die.

This stuff is absolutely amazing for keeping my sebhorric dermatitis under control, nothing else has even come close to this stuff.

I've tried for year's to get rid of my dandruff. Everything else failed. Until I purchased this wonderful product. After first use it got rid of about 90% of my dandruff. I then continued to use it every 2/3 days. It has now got rid of my dandruff 100%. Which inturn has reduced my itchy scalp by about 95%. Not only has it got rid of my dandruff but it smells lovely. Don't waste your time with any other product.

Uso questo shampoo da alcune settimane e posso dire che è uno dei pochi prodotti davvero efficaci contro la forfora persistente. Fin dal primo utilizzo ho notato una sensazione di pulizia profonda, ma ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stata la delicatezza sulla cute: niente bruciore, niente irritazioni, solo una piacevole sensazione di freschezza. La texture è cremosa e si distribuisce facilmente, fa una schiuma ricca che si risciacqua rapidamente senza lasciare residui. Già dopo i primi lavaggi ho visto diminuire il prurito e le piccole squame bianche che mi infastidivano quotidianamente. Con l’uso costante, la cute è tornata molto più equilibrata e la forfora praticamente scomparsa. Un altro punto a favore è l’effetto sui capelli: rimangono leggeri, puliti più a lungo e hanno un aspetto più sano e ordinato. Non li secca, non li appesantisce e non altera il colore. Anche l’odore è piacevole e non invadente. In sintesi, è un prodotto che mantiene quello che promette. Per chi soffre di forfora e cute sensibile, è una soluzione davvero efficace e merita pienamente le 5 stelle.
