I wasn’t sure if this would be a good option but I gave it a shot. You have no idea how sturdy this thing is. I highly recommend it and easy 5 stars. It’s easy to use and take off to wash, all you have to do is pop the pin at the top and you can remove the inner part to wash it. Easy to use, size as described , quick release mechanism, elegant design and cut through ice cream like butter.

This scoop feels much sturdier than the cheap ones I’ve used before. The trigger release works smoothly, and it makes evenly sized cookies so much easier when baking. Nice and sturdy cookie scoop. I now have three of these and use them often when I bake for events. Seem to be very durable. Nice price point.

This this is great for when I make some sticky dough cream cheese cookies works great, it is very smooth, no rust, and the handle feels nice in the hand. I just would there was a little texture or silicone on the handle for better grip when your hand get buttery or wet. solid buy though.
