Simple and Effective
A super simple solution that reduces heat on your m.2 drive. This comes with two sets of heat sinks, pads, and cleaning wipes. However, the wipes were both dry even though it states one was to be wet. These used to clean the surface of oils to create the best contact between the drive and the thermal pad. There is no adhesive on the pads of course. The pads are the 3mm thickness. They are not squishy, so i feel they don't make the best contact that they could if you have squishier pads. Nice metal clips. Good quality bands. My drive was idling at 62 degrees Celsius, as the drive sits right above the video card. So, the heat rises from the card and makes the drive a bit warm. After installation, the Idling temps are now at 34 degrees and full operating temp peek at 47 degrees Celsius. Was very simple: clean the surface, place thermal pad down, place heat sink on thermal pad, clip on, and install drive back into my PC.

Good heatsink for a tight space and budget.
They will cool your SSD as they are supposed to do. The heatsink is easy to attach to the SSD. They are low profile enough to fit in some laptops. I have one in a Lenovo Legion, and it works great. I have just 2 complaints. 1) Neither the clips nor the bands seem to hold the heatsink tight onto the SSD. It's not loose but doesn't seem like there is enough pressure being applied. 2) The metal clips can scratch the bottom of the SSD and ruin the coating on the PCB of the SSD. If your careful, this can be a very good solution for keeping an SSD cool in a tight spot. I'd purchase it again because it would be perfect if it wasn't for the 2 complaints I had.

Easy to place on, does what its supposed to do.
Anyone who PC games knows heat is everything when playing. I had never considered, however, adding a heat sink to my m2 drives. When I purchased my newest computer (which has 4090 rtx) I figured if I could shave a few degrees off, that would be great. Overall I've noticed a drop in temp of between 5 to 6 degrees C, which may not sound like much but when the first several hours of my gameplay stays in the 40 to 50 C degree range it makes for a better experience, and since I now have only the one kidney after buying this monstrosity I want it to last. The set comes with actual brackets or you can use the silicone bands that come with it to attach to the top of the M2 drives. Thermal pads were easy enough to fit even with my fat fumble fingers. I highlly recommend. Happy gaming.

Excellent thin heatsink
Installed on a 4 TB WD Black SN850X, with very little clearance to the GPU. Works great. Idles at 35, around 45-50 under load.

Work for what was needed in NUC box Mini PC
GLOTRENDS M.2 Heatsink for 2280 M.2 SSD, Fit for PC/PS5/PS5 Slim Installation, 22x70x3mm Aluminum Body, Including Thermal Pad (2 Packs) : It works and is easy to install. I can scrap SSD if your too quick , so recommend taking it slow, but there do not appear to be any contact on the board edge. Feel that having metal clips alleviates fear of rubber bands decaying over time.

It is what it is.
You won't be able to remove heatsink as it is perma-glued to m.2. Issue as I upgraded motherboard and m.2 wont fit with motherboard metal cowling.

Good Deal and Low Profile
These are just what I was looking for for my Pi5. They are low profile and fit nicely in my case with nothing touching it. I only used the metal clips and everything is fine. I haven't measured the temp on the drive but the heatsink is warm so it's doing it's job and is much better than using nothing. I only needed one for now but I have a spare when I buy another drive for my mini pc.. Nice deal.

My NVMe was running around 57 degrees Celcius regularly, and it was a bit concerning to see my normal HDDs running far cooler at <47 degrees Celcius max. I chose this heat sink because it had a large surface area and cooling fins, which is unlike most of the other flat sinks I see for sale. The price is fantastic and it's lowered my NVMe temperature by about 10 degrees. so happy I went to the effort of installing this!

pod obciążeniem spadek 6-8 stopni w idle nie ma zmian. Px700 pod obciążeniem przed 60 teraz około 52.

Simply nothing bad to say! My SSD stays perfectly cool, and installation was super easy. I mostly bought it because the original factory heatsink kept coming off, and this one has been totally worth it.

I have a samsung 970 Evo 500GB NVME M.2 SSD and it had temperatures of around 70 degrees during idle loads. I was afraid I would fry my SSD after the warranty period ended leaving me stranded without a boot drive. So I decided to get this heat spreader. It might seem expensive (which it is indeed) but considering the peace of mind that it provides Performance: Merely putting this on the SSD has reduced max temps to 50 degrees. That is a HUGE temp drop. I didn't expect that. Allowing air over it with fans reduces the temps even further to around 40-45 degrees. Now I have peace of mind. Considering Indian weather, I don't trust our electronics to last very long at sustained 70Degree temperatures.
