I love this protein powder. It was really helpful to make protein coffee. I also used it during pregnancy as it had a low rating to cause GI upset. Sometimes you have to shake it a little extra, but no big deal.

Item not well packaged, badly dented.

Product itself works, I'm lactose intolerant and this was easy on my stomach. However, the packaging was bad and it was badly dented when it arrived.
