Ram was working good and come a brand new product
Ram is working no issue, value for money, also Shipped early happy with the order Just be careful what u order for these are ecc ram that's all

Arrived late but working well
The general time period of delivery is LONG. But I have got all 4 RAM sticks of 32GB working on my X99 MB. Lets see if it stays that way.

Not working and I am not getting any support
It was delivered to me on 26th of December though it is showing 24th in app. I have checked the RAM on 3rd January, 25 and my Lenovo server st50 was not booting with any of the RAMs. As the return window was closed on 31st December, I checked with two more servers, one ts150 and the other st50 v2. All are Lenovo servers. On 14th January, I called to the color papers but they told me to contact Amazon as they are only seller. I was unable to connect amazon as there were no option showing in my app. Today I called color papers again, and get the same reply and able to connect with amazon. Amazon care executive guided me to talk with color papers as it is warranty issue. I called them again but get same reply. I asked for denyal in written but they are not able to provide the same. They told me to ask about replacement through Amazon.

Should I try again ??
I have ordered this product but out of two RAM one was faulty, return was successful. I want to order again but afraid of previous incident.
