Q: Does this come with the screws? and if not where might i find them?

This does come with all the parts to mount

Q: I understand it it held up by 3 screws but the las inner screw is it just to fill the hole? how does it stick to the bumper in that side? ds tape?

it kind of just hangs there i didnt need to use tape on the innerside, it sounds kind of jank but with the three bolts holding on the finisher it sits flush all around, ive had them on my hatch for a bit over a year and havent had any issues
