Works great for the cellular router
This works really nicely for my XE-3000 router. I'm really happy and surprised that there was no need to register any information, prior to using the SIM card. I just had to plug it into my router, wait a few minutes for the card to auto-register to the network, and the card was up and running.Inside of the router's dashboard, surprisingly, the provider wasn't Simpoyo - but it was EIOTCLUB. The sim card does allow me to select different towers as I was able to select between AT&T and T-Mobile. The connection and speed has been really reliable for me. I checked on the eSIM's website to see how much data and time I had left on the SIM card. I started off with 1.1 GB of included data that doesn't expire until a little over a year from now which is really nice. They do provide a list of eSIM providers to choose from, but I did manage to successfully install an eSIM from Silent Link onto the sim card without any issues. I'm able to switch between eSIM providers in the router's settings really quick as well. Overall, I'm really happy with the product.

Reliable SIM Card for GLI Routers with Easy Setup
This SIM card for GLI mobile routers works just like any other SIM I’ve used. You insert it into the device, configure the settings, and it connects to the cellular network without issues - like all other SIMs you can also choose which size you need and pop it out. I found it picks up a strong signal from a good range of towers (not sure how I can show this in my testings), which was reliable for my needs at home and on the go. At a discounted price of $20, the 1GB of data feels a bit expensive initially, but considering it’s a one-time purchase for the SIM hardware, you can add more data later, making it a practical choice for your mobile internet needs. For anyone needing a dependable SIM for their GLI router, this is a solid option, especially if you’re looking for easy setup and consistent connectivity.

Great for Business Travelers using GLi.Net Cellular Routers
OverviewAfter extensive testing across multiple countries over the past three months, I can confidently say this physical eSIM card has transformed my travel connectivity experience. As someone who frequently travels for work and relies heavily on stable internet, this product has exceeded my expectations in several key areas. What I LovedGlobal Coverage That Actually WorksThe claim of "100+ countries" isn't just marketing fluff. I've successfully used this eSIM across 8 countries including the US, UK, Germany, Japan, and Thailand. The network selection is intelligent, automatically connecting to the strongest available carrier in each location. No more hunting for local SIM cards or dealing with carrier stores that don't speak English.Seamless GL.iNet IntegrationThe router compatibility is flawless. I'm using it with my GL.iNet X3000, and the activation process through the router's control panel is genuinely foolproof. Scan the QR code, wait about 2 minutes, and you're online. The fact that it's designed specifically for GL.iNet routers shows - no compatibility headaches or mysterious connection drops.Transparent Pricing StructureThis is refreshing in the travel connectivity space. What you see is what you pay. No surprise charges, no "fair use" policies that kick in unexpectedly. The free 1GB for US/EU and 100MB global data is a nice touch for testing before committing to larger plans.Speed PerformanceReal-world speeds have been impressive. I regularly see 50-80 Mbps on 4G networks and hit 150+ Mbps in 5G areas. Video calls are crystal clear, file uploads don't timeout, and streaming works without buffering. For context, I'm often uploading large presentation files and conducting multi-hour video conferences.Technical Performance DetailsData Plan FlexibilityThe variety of available plans through the router interface is excellent. Short-term options for weekend trips, monthly plans for extended stays, and even annual options for frequent travelers. The ability to top up mid-trip without losing your connection is particularly valuable.Network ReliabilityConnection stability has been rock-solid. I haven't experienced any unexpected disconnections or service interruptions. The automatic network switching works seamlessly when moving between coverage areas.Security FeaturesThe enhanced encryption is noticeable when running VPN speed tests - there's minimal impact on performance, suggesting the built-in security isn't adding significant overhead.Areas for ImprovementRouter DependencyThe exclusive GL.iNet compatibility is both a strength and limitation. If you don't own a compatible router (E750, X3000, XE3000, XE300, X750, X300B), this product isn't an option. However, if you're already in the GL.iNet ecosystem, this is a major advantage.Initial Setup DocumentationWhile activation is simple, the initial documentation could be clearer about which router models support which specific features. I had to contact support to confirm 5G compatibility with my X3000 model.Value PropositionAt this price point, you're paying for convenience and reliability rather than rock-bottom rates. Compared to international roaming charges from major carriers, this pays for itself quickly. For business travelers where connectivity downtime costs money, the premium is justified.Who Should Buy ThisPerfect for:Frequent international travelers with GL.iNet routersDigital nomads who need reliable connectivityBusiness travelers who can't afford connection issuesAnyone tired of dealing with local SIM cards in every countryNot ideal for:Occasional travelers who don't mind local SIM hasslesUsers without GL.iNet routersThose primarily traveling domesticallyBottom LineThis physical eSIM card delivers on its promises. The combination of broad coverage, reliable performance, and seamless GL.iNet integration makes it a standout product in the travel connectivity space. While it requires a specific router ecosystem, if you're already using GL.iNet products, this is an essential travel accessory. The transparent pricing, genuine global coverage, and hassle-free activation make this worth the investment for anyone who travels internationally more than twice per year.Would I buy again? Absolutely. Already planning to purchase a second one as a backup.Recommendation: Highly recommended for GL.iNet router users who travel internationally.

Makes it easy to buy plans
I have several GL.iNet devices and decided to get this physical eSIM card specifically for my GL-XE300 to make managing data plans easier when traveling. Instead of juggling physical SIM cards, this card essentially turns the router into an eSIM-capable device, which means I can purchase and activate data plans online without the hassle of swapping cards. The activation process was straightforward and once set up, the router recognized it immediately. I tested the included data, which provided one gigabyte for US and EU along with a smaller global allowance, and the speeds on both 4G and 5G networks were strong and consistent. It is especially convenient for tethering since the router distributes the connection smoothly to multiple devices without interruption. What makes this stand out is how neat the concept is. Even though it looks and functions like a standard SIM card at first glance, it unlocks eSIM functionality for devices that normally would not support it. That flexibility makes international travel much easier since I can browse available plans online and activate them instantly instead of finding a local SIM shop or waiting for a delivery. Over time I expect this to save me both time and money because I can select data packages that fit each trip rather than sticking to one carrier. For anyone who uses GL.iNet routers on the road, this feels like a very practical upgrade that keeps the hardware relevant and gives more freedom in how connectivity is managed.

So far so good
It works, and the required app will display how much data you have remaining. So far so good.
