Hi friend, M5 size screws use to the sliding blocks,M4 size screws use to the rail.

How much weight can these rails support?

Hi, Thank you for your message. The rated load as follows: Dynamic Load:600 Static Load:1020

Is there a clamp stop that can be added to the rail? Or can the support be cut so a clamping collar can be attached to the rail?

This product is not equipped with clamp, but you can buy a clamp or a fixed ring to fix the slider, needn't to cut the rail.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.Thanks.
