Has anyone verified if this will fit a Macbook Pro 16?

Yes, exactly. That's what I have, and this is the case that fits it. For anyone else who needs to know, my laptop is 14-1/8" long and 9-11/16" wide, and about a 1/2 inch deep. It fits snugly, yet well, in this case, well-protected. Anything bigger might not fit.

do i need a 15 inch or 15.6 inch sleeve for a macbook pro touch bar model A1990?

The inner dimensions are listed in the Amazon Product description. I suggest you use a ruler and take the height , breadth and length dimensions of your laptop .

What size case should I get for my 13’5 Surface Laptop 2 ?

this size is perfect for the surface laptop 2
