Either have good lungs or get yourself something like a bike tire pump to fill these with air. We love these. They sparkle in the sunlight. In the evening, the dancing lights on the pool are almost mesmerizing. Our backyard is always windy, but so far, these balls have not blown out of the pool. I highly recommend this item.

I recently saw this kind of pool light pop up on Amazon, and since we have been testing out different floating pool lights, it was worth trying them.I do not really have a bad thing to say about these. We have had them floating in our pool for the last three weeks, and to be honest, they are fun to see. I have seen a warm-white version of these lights, but I like the colored version better.These are inflatable balls with LED strings within. So, you just inflate them and throw them in and they are ready to go. No switches to turn on, it turns on by itself when it gets darker. The longevity of a battery charge at least has them illuminated for 4-5 hours. Possibly longer, but we haven't seen it as we have been in bed by then.A claim the manufacturer makes that I initially doubted appears to be true; you can leave these out in very bad and windy storms - they will not blow away. I would not try them in a hurricane, but an average heavy thunderstorm appeared no match for these lights.After 3 weeks they also have stayed inflated without any noticeable loss in inflation. Which, considering the price, was unexpected.The only sidenote I can make is that they are inflatable, so they are not a perfect sphere. Also, because of that, the lights are not as clear as on the product page, but they are clear enough. For the price, they are, in my opinion, worth every penny.

They light up EVERY night, they were so quick and easy to inflate and they don’t blow out of our above ground pool.

The media could not be loaded. Looks amazing! As described! To heavy to play with but paired with my solar chlorine dispenser it really lights up the pool without attracting mosquitoesUpdate on 8/4/25. Bought this 6/26/25 and one is now deflated. We don’t play with it (used decorative) but somehow one of the seam has come. It was pretty while it lasted but didn’t even last the season.Update on 8/16/25: Excellent customer service! They reached out to me and asked to give the product another try!
