I have recently gotten back in to canning, after many years of not doing any canning.I had managed to lose most of my canning supplies, through various moves, etc., do I needed everything. This package of supplies is great if you are just starting out in canning or, like me, need to re-up your inventory. The products are very good quality and they come in different colors!!! Seems like a small thing, but it’s a nice touch to get the color that you like.I would have like to have gotten a canning “guide”, for lack of a better word….. just as a help.

This set has everything a beginner needs to experiment with canning. For $20 it's an affordable starter set but don't expect top of the line items. There's a lot of plastic.

We are practically pioneers! And this kit helps so much with canning. Has all the tools needed to move jars around and work with them while they are hot. If you can anything you need one of these sets.
