Disappointed With Leaked Packaging of an Expensive Product
I have been ordering this ghee regularly and never faced this issue before, which is why this experience was disappointing. The parcel arrived with the ghee leaked and spilled inside the box. Since this is quite an expensive product, even a small leakage feels like a loss to the customer. Packaging for such products should be more secure to avoid damage during delivery. Attaching videos for reference. Hoping the team resolves my concern
