Helped stop leaks
This has been a life saver for me! I really needed to wear a large F20 mask but could never get the leaks to stop due to my having to wear an ortho appliance at night so I was having to use the medium. I bought these and gave it another try with my large mask. Worked like a charm and no more leaks! I did have to stretch it out just a little once it was on my face by tugging on the edges around the mask as the hole is just a little small but it stretches on it's own after a few days or so anyway. Do not cut the hole as that ruins it! One liner will last you about a week. They are pretty thin and sometimes I grab 2 without realizing but I won't be without these!

Works well (if taped to mask with painters tape)
I started CPAP therapy a year ago and like most anyone had trouble adjusting. In my experience the worst part was how after a short time the silicone of my full face F20 interface became wet (from either my face sweating or the humidification of my machine) and slimy feeling against my face. Very annoying!Desperate to eliminate this discomfort, I gave these a try and found they worked pretty great. The only problem is the company includes no provision to secure this piece of loose fabric to the mask, and it tended to move around and cause me problems in the night. The solution = painters tape. With a scissor I’ll cut a few strips about and inch in length and 3/8 inch wide, place these to the edges of the cloth and affix them to the mask. This keeps everything in place securely! I use my finger to make a crease where my nose goes while taping - see the attached images.Like others have said, for what you are getting here (30 pieces of thin tshirt material at $1 a pop) the cost is crazy high. If the cost were half to a third, AND included adhesive strips to attach the fabric to a mask, I’d give these 5 stars in my personal experience. But keep in mind these don’t have to be disposable after every use - you can essentially make a box last indefinitely by changing them out every other night, then keeping the used pieces to wash/dry/iron for another round of use.If the feeling of slimy silicone against your face disrupts your sleep with CPAP therapy, with an easy modification these are a GREAT way to eliminate that! if you are reading this I'd say give them a try, and hopefully my taping tip helps you!

Annoyingly Priced, but they work for me.
I use a Mirage Quattro full face mask and maybe I'm shifting more in my sleep but frequently I'd have air leaks. Sometimes bad enough to dry out my mouth. Sometimes bad enough to cause enough noise to wake me up, or worse wake up my partner who would hit me with their pillow. These liners help the air leak issue a lot. Comfort wise it's maybe slightly more comfortable, significantly more annoying to put on, but it has basically stopped noisy air leaks for me.They are outrageously priced, I use mine a couple times, probably not supposed to but for $1 each I do feel the need to squeeze more out of each. I read on Reddit a thread about a guy who had a whole plan around washing and reusing these. Basically wash in a delicates bag and hang dry, and it ... worked okay but was a lot of effort. They were clean, but they still are stretched out. For the time and energy, it wasn't worth the effort for me, but if the price becomes too much for you something to consider.Another small complaint is the bag they come in is open, and these have no structure. The box is inconvenient to open in a nighstand drawer, so if you're opening it in the middle of the night and the opening is facing the wrong way it's possible your stack of clean liners will fall out and end up on your floor. Not a great feeling. Now I take them out of the box and put them (still in the bag) inside of a quart size ziplock bag to prevent that.

This is not micro fiber and it shows.
The only liners I had used before are the ones that are made of micro-fiber material, and they worked like a charm but where too expensive ($25 for a pack of 4). When I saw the price on these ones (less money for a pack of 30!) I thought it was a great deal and I ordered them. They are, indeed, cheap. But they are made of a different and much softer material, and this brings about problems. First, after a night or two they are deformed and stop covering the entire mask...no longer so cheap if they are to be changed every day or two (the microfiber ones last for a week or even more). Second, they are difficult to place (the material does not stick and moves around as you glue it to the mask) and often shift. Third, and most important, the microfiber stops the air leaks, and this material does not.To boot, the liners do not come with an adhesive already in them...you have to attach them with tape. So, I have come back to the choice of paying for the microfiber or using nothing at all. These do not do the trick.

Nice liner but mask slides
The liners help with extra moisture and softer on nose but mask slides down more. Maybe if I had a chin that wouldn’t happen

Remzzzs-Dreams are possible again!!
When I first received my BiPAP machine, the first mask was tight on face & made sounds like Darth Vader. I was refitted with a different mask & the noise range was from a meow to a fighter jet. All air leakage problems. I thoroughly washed my face & I tried shaving at night. I contacted Philips Healthcare & asked for their advice. They told me that due to the high settings, I would always have some noise. This BiPAP is a lifetime commitment. My wife bought earplugs, but she could still hear the noise.I saw a friend, who has a CPAP for 16 years. I asked his wife if they were sleeping in two different rooms- "Nope!! side by side in bed."I asked for his wisdom- He said a very thin piece of cloth. You're kidding, right? He asked me what size mask was I given? I said a "medium" face mask. He gave me 3 large liners. I asked if I needed to cut them down & he told me they were the correct size. You want 3/4" of the liner to extend beyond the mask cushion. Since using the liners, I have loosen the headgear straps. I don't have any skin irritation or pressure marks on my face.Best of all, my wife doesn't use earplugs anymore.
