Absolutely rubbish. Do not buy?!

The media could not be loaded. One of the worst pieces of personalised jewellery I've ever bought. Had 2 dogs in the picture I sent which was really clear picture. U cannot even see the picture clearly on the necklace. After alot of silly messages I was told:, with your hand temperature/ warmth it still doesn't bring out the picture well and to put it over fire/flame for it to work. What the hell this was a gift that they will not refund the awful quality. Even the chain is the cheapest tat. They don't seem to be helping much but sending silly useless messages back to me. 1 *
