Good Power Supply - Too much fan noise

The GPE-4323 has lots of options for a DC power supply with 4 isolated outputs. I would rate functionality and options as 5 stars. But it has a fan that is continuously on and is quite loud. This can be annoying in a lab setting. For that reason alone, I've dropped it to 3 star.
