I’m a customer who bought it. This is a pack of six French mustards in one box. This mustard is extremely delicious! I totally recommend it!

Amazon is pretty good about specifying the number of jars for sale. I bought a multiple jar order and received the correct number. Certainly if they only send one and you ordered 6 -- they will set it right.

Yes when first opened it pops. If you're concerned about freshness... and the paper seal was unbroken when you bought it then you should be ok.
