Great customer service
This is a great thermometer works well and is nicely protected. I had trouble with my first order, contacted customer services and they were all over it. I like the thermometer, but I love the company and their customer service.

Good product but need to watch for to high of temp product measure it only goes to 100 degrees

STAY AWAY - DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - NO RETURN - NO REFUND
This thermometer is crap. I had it for two weeks and all the sudden the bubbles started to appear and it wasn't reading accurately anymore. When I went to get a refund the website keeps sending me to a troubleshooting page. It asks questions such as, have you tried to turn it on and off, which makes no sense. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF TRASH.

Pocket thermometer accuracy
Convenient and easy to read, but lacks reasonable accuracy. The published 2deg F accuracy is weak enough, but compared against older mercury based bulb thermometers found accuracy off even more. At room temp, this unit was off by 3-4 degrees on the low side and even more at temps below freezing.
