Gorgeous sheen, not glitter! For card makers: Heavy enough to be a card base if your card isn't too complex. It is the same finish on both sides, and the shimmer finish doesn't accept dye ink very well. Pigment ink needed to dry overnight. So, if you are using it as a card base, depending on the pen you are using, you would need to put a liner inside the card to write on it. It die cuts beautifully, although some tapes will pull up some of the shimmery finish. I did OK with post-it tape, artist repositionable tape, and micropore tape. Normal masking tape made a mess. If you are using running it through a die cutting or embossing machine, the only tape that didn't leave an impression on the finish was the micropore tape. Also, like glitter paper, you need a stronger adhesive. I'm posting a few pictures so that you can see how well it cuts, how it heat embosses, as well as how it compares to glitter paper (the snowflakes were cut using glitter paper).

I ordered the shimmer green moss cardstock and I can't tell you how gorgeous the color is. It's a deep, hunter green...more on the blueish edge of the green spectrum (but don't mistake that for meaning it's blue paper...it's definitely green).Now my only problem with this beautiful, heavy, shimmery awesome paper....my corners were ALL BENT. It blows my mind too because they were bubblewrapped...but I think the softsided padded envelope didn't protect them the way maybe a box would've. And of course it wasn't just one pack, it was all three packs I ordered.Thankfully, with how thick the paper is, a couple scrapes of my fingernail straightened them out because I just didn't have time to send them back and hope for a better pack....but it's a tedious task straightening out that many corners.

I make and sell greeting cards to benefit our local library and buy almost all of my paper and envelope supplies from Paper-Papers, now. When I first started making cards, I used Bazzill paper, but the grain ran the wrong way for making my most common size of card (A2 - 5.5" x 4.25"), plus it was much more expensive than the Paper-Papers stock.I use this lovely blue as a background on my most popular wedding (please see customer image). I also used it for the die-cuts on the corner of the card.This 92 lb. cover stock runs through my die cutter like a dream.I've had nothing but good luck with Paper-Papers. I once ordered 25 sheets of gold cardstock that arrived with a bent corner. When I notified them of the problem, they sent me another 25 sheets of the same cardstock that arrived in perfect condition--and they didn't ask me to return the bent batch.

20% Restocking Fee ??? I'm sorry but if you want to sell online you need to accept the cost that a customer may need to return items because it is harder to know what you are actually buying from pictures, monitor color differences etc. Their images and color description , as well, did not accurately represent product, (in my view). Will likely purchase elsewhere in future due to unreasonable restocking fees.I am changing review from 2 star to 4, because, although I still disagree with a 20% restocking fee (could get costly with higher purchase total), company is kind enough to send samples if requested, so probable best to make sure and receive samples before making larger purchases.Paper, however is a very nice quality.

I purchased this to make mementos for my boss's retirement party. I am a crafter and owner of several die cutting machines including sizzix, spellbinders and the Cricut by Provocraft. This is thicker than regular cardstock but a little bit thinner than light chipboard. The weight is 249gms which will give you a better idea of its thickness.(tks to the manufacturer for including the weight). I was able to use my laser printer at work to print the captions without a problem and also ended up using my inkjet at home to finish the job without any problems. I had no problems cutting this in my sizzix machine and it embossed beautifully in my Cuttlebug. The paper did not fall apart or fray in either machine. I have not tried it in my Cricut, but if I do, I will post another review.

I purchased this paper to make programs for my daughter's wedding. Based on the reviews that I read, I was a bit hesitant about being able to print in my inkjet printer but decided to give it a try. I have an HP Photosmart 7510 series printer and the the paper printed beautifully. I fed the printer one page at a time and put the setting on photo paper. NO smearing or any problems. It printed perfect and the programs turned out exactly how I pictured they would and look very elegant. My daughter was thrilled with how they turned out.

The color and gloss of this paper is so beautiful and elegant.It is so, so pretty I just want to look at it. I got the cardstock insteadof the lighter weight paper. I liked it so much I am ordering the mossgreen, dark blue and white cardstock to make all my Christmas cards.I plan to use this red to cut out poinsettia dies.

Not an actual defect with the paper, it is beautiful, but I chose to print Birthday incursions and this cardstock and just as a warning it dulls out color very bad. I accused OfficeMax of messing with the template when they showed me the print.
