Q: Are these paleo friendly?

Depends on your definition. We can’t have dairy or grains, but can eat these. Not as tasty as mom’s “evil” desserts, but awesome for those with diet restrictions.

No, the simple mills cookies is Paleo Friendly, but no is keto because use coconut sugar. The flavor, the texture, is really amazing. So delicious. 100 % recommended
