Q: Is this good to use with a mimi truck crane

I bought these for lifting with a tractor but they work just fine for my application

Q: how large are the loops?

When laid flat, the loops are about 8" long. If you form them into a circle, they make a circle with about a 6" diameter.

Q: Will they work for a pontoon boat or a 22 ft vhull

If you are asking if it will work when winching the boat into or out of the water, yes, as long as the weight of the boat does not exceed the rating of the sling. You may need a clevis (screw pin shackle) to attach the sling to the boat.
