Good value
I use this winch to pull my car into a tight corner of my garage to store for winter. My car is 3200 lbs and this handles the rolling load nicely.

Not 1500lbs , the cable is only rated for 550lbs
This is false advertisement. While the winch motor might be rated for 1500lbs, the 5/32" cable is only rated up to about 550lbs.Mine snapped and you can't replace it with a thicker cable.

Poor quality no repair support when the unit quit working.
I used this product in my garage to lift my mower deck and cab. It worked great for a couple year and then just quit. I’m estimating it may have only been used about 15 times.

Great Winch
The winch was easy to install and is working great, and the controls are easy to use, making the job easier. We use this winch to pull a 200lb portable generator up onto a three foot platform in our garage, and to lower the generator from the platform.
