Momcozy Pregnancy Pillow for Sleeping - Dreamlign U Pro Maternity Pillow

I have fibromyalgia and this is fantastic for my pain during sleeping. I have tried 50 or more pillow and many supplements for sleep and pain. This works instantly. It is very warm, but I find that comforting. It is amazing quality for the price. It is adjustable. It have great support. The pillow/head area is firm. It retains its shape.

I have been pregnant a bunch of times (currently pregnant for the 7th time) and I have tried all the pregnancy pillows at one point or another, the c shape, the u shape, the little wedge pillows, and I have to say, this one is far and beyond the best I’ve used. It holds its shape well, but the leg is very flexible so you don’t have to fight with it to get comfortable. I’m on the taller side at 5’9”, and it is still long enough for me. It doesn’t go flat so far yet either, and I’ve been using it for 3 months. I have had pelvic instability with all but one of my pregnancies, and it’s started earlier each time; this helps SO much with my hips not crunching painfully when I’m trying to sleep; and I actually wake up in less pain than when I go to sleep. This thing has been great honestly; and I wish I’d have found it several pregnancies ago!

This pillow is so comfortable! It doesn’t make me hot and it fits my body perfect. I get much better sleep with it, compared to the smaller pillow I had before. Worth every penny!

This is such a good pillow! I originally bought the Velcro adaptable pregnancy pillow that has the two wedges and long part but found that it really made my ribs hurt a lot. I’m usually a slide sleeper so I’m used to rolling from side to side and finally after researching for so long found this pillow! I like that I can roll over and it works both sides. I love that I have less pain and aches. It’s so comfortable and I like how you can adjust the firmness by fluffing, moving, or removing the fluff. My sleep quality for sure increased! The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is that the crease for the leg pillow part is in a place that makes it hard for my height. I’m 5ft 6in and find my thighs want to land right where the crease is more often than not. Other than that this pillow is truly so amazing. My fiancée steals it often lol

I had a smaller pregnancy pillow, and was skeptical of getting a giant one like this for so long, but I was having hip and upper back pain from a lack of support, so I decided to try this one. It was so worth it - I stopped having pain while I slept immediately. One of my favorite things about this pillow is that the foot part is adjustable. That makes all the difference compared to other pregnancy pillows I’ve tried in terms of being able to get comfy and switch from side to side throughout the night. I definitely recommend!

Loved this pillow during pregnancy. I tried many other brands and this is the only one that helped me sleep. I had bad hip pain and this was soft enough for my head but supported my legs enough for my hip. I would 100% buy this again, if I were to be pregnant again.

If you need a sign, this is it. Buy. The. Pillow. I used this pillow my entire pregancy with no regrets. It holds up extremely well, and offers amazing support. The cover comes off if you need to wash it. It's super soft, and doesn't get super warm while using it. It really helped my back, and kept me from rolling over to my stomach as a cronic stomach sleeper. I didn't want to stop using it!

Update: Unfortunately, that didn’t last. Over time she couldn’t stand sleeping with it anymore — it just stopped being comfortable for her. Now the pillow has basically become a bed for the animals instead of something she can actually use. For the cost, it’s disappointing that it didn’t continue to provide the comfort she needed. I bought the Momcozy Pregnancy Pillow for my daughter during her first pregnancy — and as a first‑time grandma, I wanted to give her something that would truly make a difference. In the beginning, it really did. She noticed an immediate improvement in her sleep quality. The U‑shaped design supported her back, belly, and legs, helping her finally get comfortable and rest through the night. She even said it was the best sleep she’d had in months. The materials felt premium, the stitching was solid, and it was easy to clean. For the price, it seemed like one of the best options out there.
