I ordered a 40 x 80 liner on 12/10 and received a 40 x 50 liner on 12/15/25. So, I was sent the wrong liner. After contacting NiceRink and relaying the faux paus, I was assured I would be sent the size I ordered at no additional charge. I did subsequently receive the correct size, but upon laying the liner out for emplacement, I discovered it was not comprised of 3 layers as advertised. That was disappointing, and when I discovered several holes in the liner, I was even more disappointed. We've not yet used the liner due to unduly warm temps which have not been conducive to forming ice. The holes and or slices in the material appear to have been made mechanically while the liner was being folded and rolled for shipment. So, based on my first experience with NiceRink, I cannot leave any glowing reviews. I will acknowledge the attempt to make things right via shipping the correct size liner -- but, then only finding it not to be what I believed I had actually ordered?
