I bought these for my 9yo daughter. She needed leggings to wear under school dresses and skirts. I've gotten her a couple of packs of long ones exactly like this and they were comfortable so I got these hoping for the same.She is on the small side for her age, and typically wears around a size 7/8, but can still sometimes wear 6x. I ordered the 6T/7T size and they're perfect. Very stetchy so will probably fit even if she has a growth spurt.They fabric is quite thin, which makes them great for these hot days in Florida. But the thin fabric (I know from experience) causes them to only last a few months before some get holes in the higher wear areas. Probably will last longer than the full length ones though, since there isn't a knee area to get wear and tear. She is wearing the black ones right now as play shorts, but due to thin fabric, other colors make it easy to see panties through them. With black you can see panty color, but can still clearly see panty lines (no big deal to us).The colors are true to the photos. Worth buying! Especially if you live in a warm/hot climate.

The shorts are great for underneath dresses but the material is extremely thin and see through so I wouldn’t recommend them for normal everyday wear. They are true to size. I do question the durability, they might be a one season and done shorts. Overall they look great!

The right length for wearing under dress, a little thin but fit the purpose for which it was bought.

Only a few pictures as we have washed and worn already. Fits true to size. My 6 year old loves them. From a moms perspective though, they'll do for this season and then be finished. One of the pink pairs came in the package with the fringe coming off already. But these are very thin and lightweight. Perfect for a cool summer, but not perfect to last. Because they're so thin, I can also see right through to her character panties. So a long enough shirt is required for the lighter pairs.
