How long did it take to expand my kid keeps getting on top ?

Mine was to the full size in a couple hours.

Does the glow in the dark actually glow in the dark?

Yes but it needs to be exposed to light first then will glow for a short time. Kind of like those old stickers stars you put on the ceiling. Hope that is helpful.
