I have been troubled with progressive discomfort, weakness and stiffness in both knees for a couple of years. It got to the point that when I stood up I’d need to wait a few seconds to get my knees to work again, also I could no longer walk with the family or even walk up stairs easily. On top of this recently my wrist have started to ache. I saw a video on the benefits of these type of tablets, it was for a different brand and far too expensive for me to buy. So I bought these and I have been takes one a day now for about 5 weeks. I am shocked and amazed that after about two weeks my family said I was walking better, looked more mobile and was showing g less stiffness. I shall continue with these tablets because they are benefitting me.

These are easy to swallow I bought them to help with mobility issues I haven’t had them long enough to say if they work yet or not the ingredients look like good quality they arrived promptly I will update in a few weeks when they have had time to work

Does what it says on the tin

As others have said, smell and taste unpleasant but it doesn’t last long. My complaint as with most things these days. Instructions in foreign languages. What bit of English there was too tiny to read without a magnifying glass! Which is ridiculous when you can’t see how many to take and whether it is before or after food! Don’t know yet if it worth the effort as haven’t taken many yet!

I am usually sceptical about supplements, but was so desperate to ease the pain in my knees. this supplement complex worked for me and my knees are pain free after one course.

Great product at a good price. Tablets are quite large but can easily be swallowed with a few gulps of water.
