As a 55 year old long distance hiker I had been struggling with a lot of knee pain for most of the year and had to wear a knee brace to make it bearable. I've been taking these for two months now along with turmeric and after just a couple of weeks I could feel the difference. I now go Wainwright bagging with no pain at all and I'm now planning my Lands end to John o groats walk for April next year which I had thought I wouldn't be able to do. I'm usually sceptical of supplements but I'm so glad I gave these ago. I only wish they were a bit cheaper but I did a lot of research and these seemed high strength

These tablets are quite large, some might find them difficult to swallow. I did, but I got around that by taking them with a small piece of ham or chicken from the fridge in the morning! Unlike some supplements they don’t really have a strong taste or smell, so aren’t unpleasant to take. I have been on various versions of the joint supplements for some time now and these seem to be just as effective as the other brands I have tried for reducing joint pain. As with any of these snake-oil types of product, if you have any doubts you should seek professional advice before taking them in case of conflict with your existing medication. Easily swallowed

It was a good product and arrived well packed and on time but since buying it the price has gone up . I was going to buy more but now will have to think again

i am taking these pill to help with joint pains. since i started the pain has eased and i am walking bit better
