Can you use outdoor in a wet enviorment AKA pool tile outside of pool?

Yes, Fix-A-Floor is water based and cleans up nicely with water and sponge when wet, if dry and residue remains grab the Fix-A-Floor Residue Remover. Yes, Fix-A-Floor can be used in high a pressure injector, the tubes can leak if not used properly, the tube must be opened by unscrewing the tip off the tube, puncture tube itself and screw tip back on tube, the cap on the tip must be pulled off and the tip should be cut to size or cleared at end if needed.
