The media could not be loaded. Was really easy to assemble and set up. Top bowl piece comes off to access the pump. Looks great and makes the wife happy. Refreshing sound as the water falls.

Simple to set up. I used some old gas fireplace logs to add to its natural look. Love the sound of it by our front entrance.

The media could not be loaded. I just have to say the fountain was pretty when it first came however, the first time I plugged it in the water flowed, but the lights never worked. It was too much money for the lights to never work.

Fountain is beautiful, Pump didn't last long at all. I purchased March 2025 , actually unboxed and set it up April 2nd and it stopped working April 25th ( it has no power). It's been cleaned and filled weekly to optimize its life in our Sw Fl climate.

It’s so fun! We love the sound of the waterfall. My husband says it was very easy to set up! I am hoping the birds will drink and take baths in it.
