The plant exceeded my expectations upon arrival. It looks better than the picture and it nice and green and healthy. I am blown away as many products (once received) looks nothing like the picture. But this company is the best and they made sure that they sent a quality product. I will, I will i will defiantly order again

Like the other reviewers, other companies could take a lesson with this company about packing and shipping. I don't know how they did it, beautiful, as if delivered to my door by a local florist. Goodness. It is a large plant, much larger than I expected, and appears healthy. I am very hopeful about this plant. Two years ago, I ordered the same plant, not sure about the vendor, and after a few weeks, also a beautiful plant, I noticed spore like growths on underside the leaves. Horrified, googled it, tried to kill them, you could scoop them off with fingernail, but it was impossible to kill them all. I had to throw the plant away. Nothing worked. Its a risk to bring in a new plant from anywhere, so I'm hopeful this one will stay healthy! Great company to deal with! Thank you Amazon, again. I highly recommend, worth every penny!

Arrived in great shape

I ordered 2 of these for planters on my front porch. I was envisioning something much taller, as they are only around 3 to 4 inches high. But appear healthy and vibrant green, so going to give them a try. My one complaint, if you can call it that, is the company enclosed instructions for plant care for gardenias - these are foxtail ferns. Which I already own a few and know how to care for them. Could be an issue for someone else however. Time will tell how these do. They arrived sooner than expected, btw. That's always a plus.

So far I've had a Medallion Calathea, Rattlesnake Calathea, and Monstera Deliciosa delivered from this seller. Each time I have been impressed by the quality of packaging. I never have a dirt explosion when I open the box which is great. There were 2 yellowed and dying leaves at the bottom outer part of the plant. There was one bigger leaf that was bent and broken at the tip. Realistically speaking, this Bird's Nest Fern came in excellent condition. A very healthy epiphyte. It's very full and surprisingly tall. Don't forget to wipe down the leaves of your plants when they arrive. All deliveries of mine have had hard water deposits on the leaves, but they wipe right off with a soft cloth.

Got my fern a little over a week ago. It is already dead. It is cold right now where I live and I should not have ordered it in the winter. When it arrived it was noticeable that some one the leaves had definitely been damaged by the weather so I trimmed them off. But the whole plant is dead at this point I think the roots froze and the whole thing just died off sadly. I was really looking forward to this plant. I will try to reorder when it is warm again.

Horrible! Unacceptable! Really? It does not look like the one on the picture at all . I spent around 75 dollars for this inc shipping. Had high expectations and feel miserable .
