Is this good for regular baking ,of say cookies ? Thank you

I don’t know if it’s a hard no…but I would not suggest it. Because it is ground fine, it might throw off the measurements in the recipe and it might affect the texture. This is great for making pasta or pizza dough but I’d recommend regular all-purpose flour for cookies. If this is all you have, give it a shot, but if you are buying it *for* cookies…get regular AP flour instead 🙂 Hope that helps!

When you use “00 flour” for pizza or other baking, do you use 100% “00 flour” or do you mix in other types of flour with the the “00 flour”?

I use this flour for pasta and pizza dough and do not mix it. It is a much thinner flour than regular.
