Real American jeans, just like you'd find in Target. Sizing hints here...
I lived in the US for over twenty years. The last five or so, I started buying Wranglers over Levi's as they were good value for money and made just as well. There are Wranglers with a "traditional" W sewing on the back pockets - heavier duty and meant for cowboy folk riding horses and doing country line dancin' (i.e. looking the part an' probably wearin' a shirt with pearlized buttons). If you're looking for W pockets, these ain't them. Search for "Wrangler cowboy" instead. These jeans are often considered "business casual" attire and have either a line or no trim at all on the pockets. I've bought these "authentic" ones with different sewn on labels at the back, some have a red Wrangler tag on them too, while others don't. Some are made in Mexico while others are made in Nicaragua. None are made in America, but the cotton material is American. They all wear and last exactly the same way.In America, these are the jeans you'd find at stores such as Target (nearest local equivalent would be a large Tesco store), as opposed to the higher priced shopping mall fashion stores. The waist sizing is typical for American jeans - it is NOT usually accurate to your waist measurements. I wear 33" jeans - and my waist size is 37" - take that as a hint, it's typically off by 2" to 4". If you've never worn American jeans before, I'd suggest visiting a store that sells them such as a Levi's store, and trying on a few pairs to figure out what your American jeans size is. Wrangler Flex jeans have more give at the waist, whereas the non-flex jeans will feel tight after being washed, but loosen up a bit with wear. The inside length is usually reasonably accurate, with a tolerance of an inch., unless I'm shrinking. They're still best worn with boots or a decent pair of shoes. So to put anyone's mind to rest, these are actual Wranglers ("Wrangler" the company was sold years ago - it's now a brand name), meant for everyday comfortable work wear. They should last at least a few years - certainly more than double the length of time compared to any of the jeans I've bought from any trendy UK stores - because the fabric is a noticeably harder wearing and thicker. After finding these on Amazon, I have since bought over 9 pairs - they fit like my old ones. When on sale (around thirty quid), the price isn't much different than it costs to buy in the States.

Beware the sizing…
Finding these Wrangle jeans in a 35 inch waist was perfect as I am currently in that odd position where a 34 is too small and a 36 is way too big.I was also impressed that I could have a 30 inch length as I am an awkward 29.5 inseam.Quality is good and the waist measurement is ok, but the inseam is way off. I’d thought I’d go for the 35 x 30 option as that length is usually ok.But when I tried them on they were far too long, measuring about 34 inches.Despite that, I like the jeans and so I decided I could were them with turnups.I did order two more pairs and, bearing in mind the measurement variance, this time I opted for the advertised 35 x 29 option.Same thing. Leg length is about 30.5 inches. I am not too upset by that which is why it’s 4 star and not 3.Just be aware of the possibility of not getting the length on the ticket.

Great Quality, Great Comfort, Great Price
Why did you choose this product over others?:I've learnt over time that if you want long-lasting quality, you choose Wrangler. The Authentic range has always provided that quality at an outstanding price.Quality:Jeans fade over time. That's just the natural order of things. Wrangler may fade but does so gradually and without diminishing the look of the productWearability:One word: Comfortable

Poor quality, developing holes.
These jeans are very poor quality, which is quite surprising considering they are Wrangler. The pockets are developing holes where the rivets are located. This is not a stress point, so there is obviously a poor quality issue. They also have a hole appearing at the front. Very disappointed in these jeans due to these issues. Buyer beware.

Are they Wranglers ?
Good Fit I’m big & tall so can’t get Jeans off the High Street . My only concern is I don’t really think they are genuine Wranglers , Quality isn’t bad , but they don’t have the “W stitching” on the back pockets , the waist button looks cheap quality and where is the little brown leather wrangler tag sewn across the top of the right side back pocket which is a wrangler trade Mark which has always been on my previous Wrangler Jeans !

No W pockets :(
They seemed like traditional Wrangler in terms of quality and stitching, but the cut seemed "off" and there wasn't the traditional W pockets which was disappointing 😔 and the Wrangler logo I think was a very old type. The cut was a bit baggy in the leg... My son decided to keep them, and at less than £14.00 for quality material and stitching, I agreed with him. He'll keep them as a SPARE rather than an HEIR pair of "Wranglers" ;)
