It works
Longer and stretchier than the cord that originally came with my Cisco work phone, which is what I was looking for. Works well, and provides a good connection.

Works great with my Cisco 78XX phone
When my office updated our phone, my new Cisco phone had a handset cord about one foot long and it just didn't work in my office set up. I got this 12 foot cord and it is perfect! Coiled it is much shorter, but the stretch works great. The color matched perfectly. The sound is also very good. Definitely recommend!

When your IT department tells you to pound sand....
We got new phones, but the agency bought ones with the shortest cord. I couldn't reach my keyboard and talk to people at the same time. I asked for a longer cord and told they wouldn't order them. Thankfully these were for our phones and quite affordable.

Works perfectly
Just as expected. Works perfectly, no audio degradation. Straight tail length fits Cisco 88xx exactly.
