My favorite wireless charger
This is currently my favorite portable wireless charger. For context I have the larger 10,000 mAh MagGo anker charger which, imo, gets way too hot. I also have a 5000 mah Baseus MagSafe charger which is nice but charges a little slow. This charger does get warm but nothing that is concerning. I love the form factor; it’s very slim, light weight and easy to store in pocket. It charges fast and 5000 mAh is the perfect size for me. There is a 4-level charge indicator on the side and a button to check the charge as expected. Great product and I’m very happy with this one.Update: I forgot to mention I’m using an iPhone 15 pro max with an Apple OEM case (with the fuzzy soft back).

Slim, powerful and premium
Slim, perfection, pocketable... this bad boy can give you 60% of batter charge to an iPhone 16 Pro Max. It does not heat up, it will get warm but that is normal. It has a quality build to it. Anker does the best battery packs for iphone, and ive tried quite a few.

Perfect size. Great design. Less bulky and doesn't get as hot as prior model
Love this. Perfect size. Great design. Much better than the prior larger version that heated up a lot and was too bulky.

Wanted to love
I usually love Anker products but unfortunately this one isn’t it. I truly wanted to love this product & I gave it a fair chance but it didn’t hold up the way I expected. It gets incredibly hot, stops charging my phone on its own on & off due to a pop up on my iPhone that says that charging is put on hold due to the battery being too hot. This is with & without a case on. Love the fact that it’s sleek & slim but it makes charging my phone a pain. Definitely not worth the price for all of the issues it causes.

Reliable power source at a good price.
I just needed a battery to get me through the day of listening to music at work. Very slim with a strong magnet, fits in my cargo shorts pocket very well. Won’t fully charge phone from dead, but that wasn’t what it was bought for. Now I can ignore my coworkers all day long.😂

🐌 “Snail’s Pace Nightmare: The Anker Nano Disappointment” 🐌
I had high hopes for this Anker Nano Power Bank, but it turned out to be a charging disaster in disguise. My iPhone 16 barely budges from a snail’s pace while charging—slow, unstable, and maddeningly inconsistent. This power bank promises ultra-fast 15W charging, but all I got was ultra-slow frustration.Worse yet, the power bank itself takes forever to recharge, leaving me stuck waiting twice as long just to get back on the go. The magnetic grip feels secure, but what good is that when the whole setup is unstable and unreliable? For a device that’s supposed to save time and power, it’s the exact opposite. Save yourself the headache—this one-star fiasco needs a serious overhaul or recall.

Runs cooler than other batteries but slow charging
I received this and tried it out yesterday so these are still early impressions. The form factor of the Anker is great - extremely thin and very smooth…by far the thinnest battery pack I have ever seen. It runs warm, but not hot, which I was relieved to discover because I’m paranoid about damaging my phone battery by overheating it. My initial impression of the magnet was that it was a little on the weaker side, but not terrible. As far as MagSafe charging, it charges very slowly. My phone went from 40% to 60% in around 2.5 hours, so a little less than a 10% increase per hour. In addition, that 20% appears to have used 2 out of the 4 power capacity status dots on the Anker, so I highly doubt you would be able to get a full phone charge out of this via MagSafe charging. However, the pack comes with a very short USB-C cable and I found that if I attach the battery via MagSafe and connect the cable from the battery to the phone then the heat decreases and you get much faster charging (and I assume more efficient energy transfer). I know that defeats the purpose of a MagSafe battery, but you get the benefit of the battery attaching to the phone along with the fast charging with the cable and the cable is short enough that it doesn’t get snagged on anything.Overall, I like this battery pack and I appreciate that it doesn’t get overly hot when charging. I just wish it charged faster.
