I bought this Iphone case for my son's iphone 7, He hasn't had it long enough to do a full product review so I thought I would leave my first impressions and drop a updated review later when I can give a honest product performance review later. So I ordered iPhone 7/8 Case, ImpactStrong Heavy Duty Dual Layer Protection Cover Heavy Duty Case for Apple iPhone 7/8 (Navy Blue). Thought I was ordering the blue in the picture but it came in a darker navy blue. So that was kinda disappointing but not a hell of a big deal. It is compact and not big and bulky so that is a huge plus. It's perfect for allowing him to carry it in his pocket along with his keys and wallet when school starts back up that's exactly what I wanted. So thumbs up on that. The case has two parts and it feels like it's will be durable which is another plus but I just wished the face of his phone was set a little bit deeper into the case or maybe the phone case had a little bit over an overhang over the front of the phone so just in case he drops it the face is a lot more proctected. I bout a screen protector also so hopefully that is help. But all in all I'm happy with the case and my son likes it so I'm all for it. Not to mention the price was right up my alley so I'm pleased with this product so far.

After four years of using my current phone case (not this brand), I decided it was time for a new one. Researched a lot, looking for the type I like (the "two layer" kind, with the soft silicone type shell, followed by the second hard-plastic type shell), and which seemed like it would be good quality. This one seemed to fit the bill, plus had a color I would like well enough. I ordered the purple one, and it came today. The purple is pretty, although not quite as vivid as it seems to be in the online pic...but still pretty. The case seems to be very good quality. So far so good! But, once I put it on my phone, it was just too uncomfortable for me to hold. It was a bit "slippery"/not great "grip", but the part that REALLY was uncomfortable, is the rigid edges/sides. I ***much*** prefer the more rounded edges of some cases, and the hard edges of this one, just cut into my hand too much. Disappointed that it won't work for me, because it really does seem like it's a great protective case for my iPhone 7. I will be returning it.
