Multisensory Teaching of Basic Language Skills Activity Book

I purchased this a few months ago and honestly got intimidated by its size. I just started reading it on Monday and now I can’t put it down. It’s packed with tons of informative and practical information to ensure ALL students succeed. I’m quite upset it wasn’t a required textbook in my graduate program because this book really has all you need if you indeed intent to provide explicit and systematic instruction. I can’t give this book enough stars. AND the practice book is also phenomenal!

Great book for dyslexia therapist in training and reading teachers.

This book is amazing. It’s full of everything you need to know about structured literacy, reading disabilities, writing disabilities and more.

This book is very handy for Science of Reading, which I teaches in my classroom.

I teach struggling reading and children with dyslexia. I use this book almost daily!

I've been teaching Orton-Gillingham for 18 years and I thought this would add something new to my repertoire. I have read the book that goes with it, which is interesting to teachers of reading. This book is boring, not very multi-sensory, and the activities would go way over kids' heads. I had to return it.
