Q: How long is the include usb-c to usb-c cable?

Not very long, maybe 20" or so, just enough to charge your unit

Q: Can you use the speakerphone when plugged into PC?

I plug it into my Mac and it still works as a speakerphone, no problem.

Q: I want to turn off bluetooth completley (wifi free) and only connect with usb. is that possible?

That should work. I don’t have it connected via Bluetooth to my Mac, just usb. It works as a speaker.
