I so rarely write reviews despite ALWAYS reading them, so it’s high time I return the favor. The TL;DR is that it’s awesome, great on carpet and hardwood, good cord length, swivel and a light, just overall awesome.I was on the hunt for a vacuum after my Walmart Hoover finally died. I knew I wanted an upright, I knew I wanted corded. I settled on this guy after buying and returning a battery Dyson and being appalled at the cheap plastic. Let me tell you, I was so damn excited to vacuum.The venting fan on this is at the top, FINALLY it’s not blowing away the pet hair I’m trying to vacuum!!! This is such a DUH thing for me, I’m so glad a vacuum designer figured it out. The cord length is great and I only have to unplug it twice to do my whole downstairs (large old farmhouse). Suction is fantastic on hardwoods, picking up pollen and dust as well as large crumbs and debris. The chamber fills fast but I don’t mind and it’s nice to see how much you’ve collected!The intuitive design goes further because the button to release it from the main stick is at the top and so you can seemlessly go from vacuuming the floor to getting into a crevice. Love that. It’s not too heavy, and it actually pulls away when on rugs on carpet a bit which is fun.It’s not nearly as loud as my old one, which is great for me and the kids and the pets. The ONLY thing that needed a better design is the release of the dust chamber. It feels like that will be the plastic failure point in a few years, but the way I’ve found is to press one side button and hold, then press the other with the other hand and pull the chamber out. It looks like it’s designed to be done one handed, but it won’t last long doing that.Overall, a resounding Hell Yes from me!!

This shark is powerful, easy to use, goes from carpet to floor without issues. It really sucks dust off the floors and with its light you can see exactly where you’ve vacuumed. I have a cockatoo and vacuum often so I needed a vacuum that was easy to use and lightweight. The design is effortless with many cleaning attachment capabilities. This is my third shark vacuum cleaner the only reason I purchased a new one was because I needed light weight stick type. Great value for the price. Best shark to date.

Very easy to maneuver, and very lightweight. Love that. Also powerful, cleans well. We have an older Labrador and a longhair cat hair is an issue. The cord is long enough to do 5 rooms and not unplug! But it is very stiff (husband says because the cord is cheaply made. I like the ease the vacuum goes between carpet and hard floors. Dust cup is small, I knew it would be when I ordered it no surprise, but the dust cup is hard to remove for emptying. Someone with small hands may have a difficult time. Easy to take the dust cup apart to clean the filters. Also easy to take apart for cleaning furniture, corners and steps. I recommend this vac and would buy it again! Lots of power, really sucks!

I’ve been using this vacuum for over a week now and I love it! It’s so easy to use. It’s light weight yet so powerful! The dust cup is on the small side but so easy to remove and dump as you go. I have a pet and this vacuum is fantastic at getting all the pet hair without it tangling! It’s definitely worth the price! We will see how it holds up in the long run!

This is one of THE BEST purchases I’ve made in my whole life!I have a toddler and live in a small apartment. I needed something easy to use, light to carry, but powerful enough to keep my house clean for my baby. Well, I tried the mighty mite Eurekka, which is honestly good, but since my apartment is mostly carpet, it didn’t do the job the way I wanted. I started looking for another one and I needed to write this review.It’s just so powerful and easy to use at the same time. I like the fact it’s corded, so we don’t have to deal with battery dying. Attachments are good and I started cleaning things I never cleaned before, just because this vacuum makes it possible and it’s THAT easy to clean with it.It looks good, the noise level is low and I could not recommend it enough!!! Seriously!!! You found it, buy it!
