Easy to swallow, no aftertaste. Did not make my stomach hurt. Comes with enough pills for a full 30 days. Dr i’m using these vitamins for hair growth, not necessarily pain or any other issues.

So I was having tremendous results with this and decided to switch to natures bounty because they were cheaper. Welp it did nothing. I am back to this brand, love that it has the BP in it and within days of taking it, joint stiffness back down and my metabolism thru the roof. Im going to stick with Swanson (even tho its kinda considered my grandparents brand).Clearly their products contain quality ingredients and not a bunch of filler.

Overall, I am very happy with this product. I have had an achy, sore feeling over my whole body for about a year. I havebeen taking Nsaids of different kinds for relief, but felt they were causing my blood pressure to rise. I decided to try turmeric, based on articles I had read that it reduced inflammation. I noticed improvement within a couple of days. I now no longer ache constantly. I feel better than I have in a long time. I will continue to take it, although I may reduce my dosage from two to one per day, to see if that maintains my results. This product is very reasonably priced. The taste is different. However, if you take a drink of water with it and swallow quickly, you won't notice it much.

First off, the smell is one of a kind, once you open the pill bottle. I really don't want to take it because of the smell. However, I really want to see the many amazing effects it has on the body. Lastly and most importantly, I tend to burp (more like acid reflux type of burp) after taking this and there's that smell coming back up. I hate it but, I will continue to take this.

It works!!

I had begun to have regular arthritis pain in my hips. A friend recommended this product and this particular brand to me. Since I like to avoid taking drugs like Advil, I tried this product and saw improvement using one capsule, twice a day at breakfast and dinner. Now I take it on a regular basis and have seen great improvement. I would recommend this to just about anyone. Do your research, though, and find out if turmeric will interfere with any other conditions/medication you are taking. Highly recommended.

Turmeric works best I was told if you took it with black pepper. I had been taking Turmeric for years and was happy, but after being urged to try the black pepper mixture I finally gave it a try. Not expecting much from the addition of black pepper I was more than pleasantly surprised to discover it was a terrific combination. I have a knee that often causes me pain. The Turmeric on its own made it subside to the point it didn't affect anything I did. But Turmeric and black pepper has allowed me to be pain free!I highly recommend this product!
