Does exactly what it says on the tin. Perfect operation no issues at all... tried with multiple fans, all seemed to be powered enough to run and push a decent amount of air.

Seem pretty well made for the peanuts paid.

Use these so i can run a fan on all my mesh routers to keep them cool and stable. It's only 5v but should be plenty enough to get a few hundred rpm out of a fan.

They barely power on the fans I have, would not recommend

Don't get me wrong, these *do* work, but I purchased without putting too much thought in to this. The cable itself is good, and isn't the flawed part as such. What is flawed is the fact that these fans do not expect the typical voltage and amperage supplied by USB ports. As such, they will run at what I can only describe at a few hundred RPM, if even that. Some fans flat out refused to start, others needed a kick to get going, and so on. All in all, don't buy to try and re-purpose your old PC fan as a desk fan for example, these would be best not used for anything at all.

Just plug in into a USB socket and the fan spins. It works. Worth getting for extra fans to place at the bottom of your laptop for cooling.....or even a make shift desk fan for summer..... and you get three of them too. Worth it.

Dieser Adapter liefert die vom USB-Port bereitgestellten 5V für 3pin-PC-Lüfter. Besagter PC-Lüfter hat dann eine deutlich geringere Drehzahl (weil nur mit 5V statt 12V betrieben), kühlt aber in bestimmten Situationen trotzdem ausreichend gut. Muß jeder für sich testen, ob die Kühlung ausreicht; Der Adapter jedenfalls funktioniert tadellos und mir reicht die daraus resultierende Drehzahl des Lüfters aus. Daumen hoch! : )

Ottimo cavo ben costruito, è vero che ha solo due poli ma ciò è la normalità visto che è un cavo usb-adattatore per ventole 12volt (che hanno 3 poli). E' chiaro che se montate una ventola a 12 volt questa funzionerà a 5 volt e il numero di giri ne sarà ridotto di conseguenza. Le uso con noctua da 12cm 12 volt1200 giri che se alimentate a 5 volt danno 600 giri. Questo è la più assoluta normalità, prima dell'acquisto basta studiare le performance ventola. La noctua in questione non ha problemi a girare a bassissimi giri infati il cavo usb-3pin acquistato è abbinato con la noctua ed un controller usb 6 volt a 5 velocità. Le correnti in ingresso alla ventola sono moto basse come pure le velocità di rotazione. Non si può pretendere che una ventola da 2 volt tenga la performance coni 5 volt. Esistono le ventole a 5 volt per questi bisogni. Da fare attenzione che molte ventole 12 volt non accettano tensioni inferiori o inferiori di una certa soglia pena non muoversi neppure. Tutti questi dati sono da sapere prima dell'acquisto ed è sbagliato recensire negativqmente un cavo che fa perfettamente il suo lavoro ed è pure robusto. 110 e lode a questo cavetto adattatore usb-ventole 3 pin da 5 volt.

Parfait pour alimenter un ventilateur en USB, attention l'adaptateur fourni du 5V donc sur un ventilateur de PC standard il tournera moins vite. Sinon il faut acheter un ventilateur de PC en 5V ça existe

habe mir damit nun eine kleine lüfter-armada auf den schreibtisch gezaubert. so sind nun meine alten, aktuell nicht verbauten, 3-pin lüfter auch noch zu etwas gut :D positiv: - wertig - kabel ummantelt - einfach anzuschliessen negativ - die ummantelung könte noch etwas über den 3-pin anschluss gehen stört aber nicht grossartig fazit eindeutige kaufempfehlung. für den unfallfreien betrieb von 3-pin lüftern evtl noch lüftergitter ordern ;)
