Update: We contacted the company by email and they promptly sent us 2 new legs that fit perfectly! I got to use my trampoline and it's very good, it's a good size so that you have plenty of room to jump without worrying that you'll fall off. It really takes some muscle to get the bungees on but it's really sturdy after they are all attached. Now that the legs are all attached I'm very happy with this product! I would recommend this trampoline too anyone.2 of the legs were defective, I contacted Amazon and they said that I had to contact the seller, I contacted the seller and they said that I had to contact Amazon so now I have a trampoline that I can't use because 2 of the legs are unusable. This could have been fixed easily by just replacing the obviously defective parts. Passing the buck is no way to do business. Now I will have to disassemble the entire thing after I worked so hard to get it together, send the whole thing back and hope that the replacement won't have defective parts again. I'm beyond pissed. It shouldn't matter where it was shipped from, your product is defective and you should stand behind it PERIOD! PS: I don't usually complain or leave bad reviews but this is the worst transaction on Amazon that I have ever had. I would not recommend buying this product because of the lousy customer service.

It's sturdy, however when you use it often the leg that the handle is attached to come loose. Also the hand rail has been loose and won't tighten up. The instructions are vague leaving us to watch a YouTube video on how yo out the screen on the right way. The rubber foot pegs leave black Mark's and the handle grips have torn.

I chose this trampoline because most of the reviewers indicated that it was a sturdy “liftetime” product. I also noticed that it might not be easy to assemble. However, it looked not that hard to put it together initially. When we received the product, we took out all the parts and dived in to assemble it. It was easy to put together the metal frame. Next would be the jumping mat (refer to picture 1 in how to work with the elastic rope). Naturally, we worked on putting the elastic ropes of the 6 corners. Problem showed: the 6 connected elastic ropes did not stay in the 6 corners of the hexagonal frame, and we could not move them because it was so tight (picture 2). Now, we started reading a little bit the instruction, and figure out the right way to connect these 6 corners (picture 3). Then for securing the 6 corners, we did the 2 elastic ropes neighboring the 6 corner elastic ropes (totally 12, picture 4). In this step, some of the elastic ropes were hard to fasten up to the knob. We have 2 people working together to get it done. But later, I found out that it would be easier if we put the hexagonal frame as the “standing-up” position, instead of the other person was leaning on the mat, which was an awkward position to work. I found out this trick because I later noticed a youtube video on how to assemble this product. I highly recommend watching it. After it was put together, kid had great fun jumping on it.

BAD QUALITY !!! NOT STURDY !!! BROKE WHEN MY CHILD WAS ON IT.!! I purchased this product for my special needs son because he loves to jump. By public reviews and company description I was under the impression this product was very sturdy due to being for adult fitness but IT IS NOT. Bought in March by August leg broke off while my child was jumping. One of the worst purchases I have ever completed.

This trampoline is really well made and silent when in use. Regarding putting it together, it takes effort and I could not have done it by myself-you need a strong helper;but the effort is worth it. Regarding this company, I had an issue that was not their fault (lost one of the legs). They sent me a replacement leg,at no charge, and repeatedly said that they would do everything they could to make me happy. This was quite refreshing. I recommend this product and this company highly.

After doing some research on best trampolines for home use (This got good reviews) I ordered this and it is pretty wide (didn't measure the empty space in the garage) This was considered used on the website so purchased it for a discount and everything was in the box and in original packaging.It is challenging to put together but I am a 60 year old woman and did the whole thing myself. The video that can be accessed by the Qualcode is helpful for assembly.Overall I am very pleased.
