I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this skin scrubber really works. After using it on damp skin, I could actually see buildup and blackheads coming out—especially around my nose and chin. I really enjoy this more then I thought I would and it really does give you a deeper cleanse. For me the power wasn't too much, I use this after a wash with a cream cleanser that goes on white and comes of Grey with this. The scrubbers are really useful for ne with the vibration but they are still nice to use

I’d give it a 0 rating if I could. It looks great but after one use it won’t work. It charges just fine but when you take it off the charger it won’t turn on. Plus, they’ve made it so that it doesn’t work when charging. How convenient!! It’s worthless. Here’s the thing folks. Maybe I am not the norm, but who uses products the day after they get them. Life is moving and you just haven’t given your self the time to use them, especially if they are personal items. Hence, I missed the return window. Of course, it is my fault that I waited 7 days after the month’s warranty expired to use it a second time. But folks, these products sold on Amazon need to be made better. I’m not the only review that said it quit working. It’s nothing but a poorly made, useless product. This to me not only reflects the product but also the Seller. No Seller could sell this product with good intentions. They don’t care, they’ve collected their money and off they go. I will never buy from this Seller again!

It was a decent tool that I used every 2 weeks or so. Unfortunately, after 1 year of use it died: doesn't turn on or charge...

The media could not be loaded. The product does its job. It’s the best thing I’ve bought for facial cleansing. Read the manual carefully—it’s easy to use. It comes with a charger and has 4 modes.

Love it! It works very well but I’m confused what the little silicone pieces are used for.
